Decomates Return Policy
If you want to cancel your order please follow our Cancellation Request procedures:
- In order to ensure that your cancellation request is honored, it must be placed by 9AM of the same, if order is placed before 9AM, or following business day; otherwise, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed to be honored.
- Email your request to Support@Senyx.com.
- Copy and Paste the following into the subject title: "Cancellation Request: (Insert Your Order Number)"
- Please include in the body "Please cancel my order: (Insert Your Order Number)".
If your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email and refund through the same form of payment of the order.
If you want to return your order please follow our Return procedure to guarantee fast, effective service:
- Returns will be honored within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Email Support@Senyx.com and copy and paste the following in the title: Returning My Order # (Insert Your Order Number).
- Include in the body "Returning My Order # (Insert Your Order Number).
- Please include a short reason why you are returning your order and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is needed to complete your return through Amazon.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be issued through the original method of purchase through Amazon.
For each return item there is a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping and any related charges for returning, refunding, or/and exchanging. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, shipping charges may be refunded and restocking fee may be waived.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials. If returned with missing components or if damaged, there will be an Incomplete Return charge.
